Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Steelhui is the brand of Tianjin Steelhui Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., a stainless steel processing factory at No. 31-36, Row D, Stainless Steel City, Jieyuan West Road, Tianjin, China. These terms cover your use of steelhui.com, our customer portal, and the inquiry and quoting services we provide through them.

By submitting an inquiry or creating a portal account you agree to these terms. For anything in these terms, contact us at sales@steelhui.com.

2. Inquiries and quotes

Submitting an inquiry through the site is free and does not commit you to an order. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on business days. A quote we send is an offer, not a contract — quantities, lead times and prices in it are valid for the period stated on the quote (or 30 days if none is stated), and may change if your specification, quantities or raw material market prices change before you confirm.

3. Orders

An order exists when you confirm a quote in writing (email, portal or a signed order document) and we acknowledge it. The confirmed quote or order document — including its specification, tolerances, quantity, price, payment and delivery terms — is the contract for that order and takes precedence over these general terms where they differ.

4. Your drawings and our design work

Anything you upload stays yours, and what we design for you becomes yours when the related order is complete:

• Drawings, sketches, photos and files you send us remain your property. We use them only to quote and fulfil your order, share them internally and with subcontractors only as needed for production, and do not publish them or reuse them for other customers.
• Where we produce or complete engineering drawings for you, the design fee is credited against the order for the finished parts. Once that order is paid, the drawings we produced for it are yours.
• You are responsible for having the right to send us the designs you send — we fabricate to your specification and rely on you that no third-party rights are infringed.

5. Quality and inspection

We fabricate to the specification agreed in the order and supply the mill test certificate for the material batch on request. Inspect goods on arrival and report shortages or defects to us in writing within 14 days of delivery (or before further processing or installation, whichever is earlier). For justified defects we will, at our choice, rework, replace or credit the affected parts — this is the remedy for defective goods, and our total liability for an order does not exceed the price paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Portal accounts

A portal account lets you track inquiries, quotes and orders. Keep your credentials confidential — actions taken through your account are treated as yours. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, spam or attempts to interfere with the site. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how data deletion works).

7. Site content

The content of steelhui.com — text, technical guides, photos of our factory and products, and the Steelhui brand — belongs to us. You may quote or link to it with attribution; do not republish it wholesale or use it to represent another supplier’s capabilities. Technical information on the site is provided in good faith for general guidance and is not a substitute for the agreed specification of an order.

8. Governing law

These terms and any order under them are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are to be resolved by good-faith negotiation first; failing that, in the courts of Tianjin, China, unless the order document agrees otherwise.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, we will update this page and its effective date. Orders already confirmed stay on the terms in force when they were confirmed.
